AC Milan will be touring the USA as they take part in the Guinness International Champions Cup this summer. Making stops in New York and Miami, Real Madrid, Chelsea, Juventus, Inter Milan, Everton, Valencia and the LA Galaxy will be joining the Rossoneri in the hunt for preseason glory, and silverware. AC Milan took on Valencia in the opener which kicked off July 27th from the Mestalla in Valencia. In an interesting twist, the tournament comes to the United States for the rest of the matches.
Chelsea and Inter face off from Indy. Winner faces Milan and the loser faces Valencia. Both matches will be played at MetLife Stadium in New York on August 4th. This Cup is winner takes all, so let’s see if AC Milan can get hot and add to their trophy cabinet. Should be a fun tournament!

AC Milan 2-1 Valencia:
AC Milan won the opener against Valencia, 2-1. Robinho missed a penalty kick, but minutes later took a chance well to score the first ever Guinness International Champions Cup goal! The next goal was a Nigel De Jong curler that was a beauty. Dani Parejo scored to pull one back for Valencia, but it was not enough.
